Job Description


As a Business Analyst III, you would be part of a dynamic team that works to translate business needs into practical and innovative business solutions. The needs of our clients and stakeholders come first – that’s why our Business Analysts take the time to collaborate with other departments to understand business processes and the challenges facing the organization, so they can help develop, test, and deploy successful products and applications that satisfy those identified business needs. Your ability to dive in and develop an understanding of business issues and data challenges within the industry, as well as your ability to communicate from both a business and technical standpoint, would be the key to success in your role and to advancing in your career.





Work closely with the development teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the business needs as they relate to the proposed system design.


Act as the lead in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and editing requirements, specifications, and business processes from business leaders and IT stakeholders.


Assist with support of the end-user community by providing additional application support and training as required.


Provide assistance and direction to QA Analysts with validation and testing of proposed solutions, including validation of resolved defects, and provide assistance and direction during implementation and deployment of system solutions to production.


Collaborate with business users and other business personnel to identify required changes and to support compliance.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or other related field
  • 5-10 years in a business analyst role with an asset-based retail lending organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate and write requirements
  • Strong analytic, time management, and organizational skills
  • Must be highly personable with the ability to build strong relationships across groups and with IT personnel
  • Must exhibit extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
