ACH Coordinator

The ACH Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join a new division of our corporate team dedicated to supporting our stores and store team members through the use of an Automated Clearing House (ACH) platform. This position will serve as a process administrator, but should also be motivated to optimize those processes in collaboration with management teams and key stakeholders. The ACH Coordinator must bring excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mentality, and the ambition to support the launch and development of new products. Your demonstrated initiative, leadership, and excellent customer service will allow you to successfully coordinate a wide variety of activities that will help shape the future of your career and the ACH team as a whole.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Oversee the execution of ACH administrative processes by documenting, recording, and auditing data to ensure customer accounts and automated payment transactions are handled successfully and efficiently.

 

Communicate with both store employees and customers while serving as subject matter expert on ACH commitments, including loan reminder calls, taking payments, and team member guidance.

 

Identify opportunities for process improvements, summarize activities, and provide recommendations to leadership to shape future procedures and processes within the ACH team.

 

Support the launch of new products by displaying initiative, professionalism, a team player mentality, and critical thinking skills across a variety of launch activities.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 0-3 years of professional office experience; call center experience a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service with the ability to convey information accurately and professionally to a wide range of audiences
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking capacity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to quickly and comfortably learn and work within new systems
  • Demonstrated desire to lead the build out of new team and team processes
