Job Description


The TMX Finance ® Family of Companies is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering mission-critical, enterprise-level initiatives. As Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure effective communication flow of information between departments and companies. Partnering with executives, department leads, and vendors, you will maintain system of records and keep them up to date.  As the ideal candidate, you will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and understand the “big picture”.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Support Relationship Manager in building collaborative relationships with third-party vendors and internal teams while ensuring communication is flowing between departments and companies.


Report status updates to Relationship Manager as well as implement plans to resolve gaps in understanding/execution between departments/companies.


Ensure TMX ticketing systems are in sync with vendor ticketing systems.


Partner with internal and external teams and maintain up-to-date data on the status of tickets.

Collaborate directly with teams both Onshore and Offshore.

Escalate issues as required and work through resolution.

Plan and execute basic analysis and/or investigation, with supporting guidance.

Oversee projects from concept to implementation with all departments.

Generate updates that cater to the requirements of the intended audience.


Ensure testing team creates and conducts test cases to assist in effective and timely delivery of products/enhancements.


Prioritize maintenance released with Executive and departmental teams.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of combined experience either managing or supporting technology projects, managing Store Operations, and/or managing ticketing systems
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions based on analysis
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, and hold update meetings
  • Ability to rapidly ramp up on new subjects and synthesize relevant information
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
  • TLXe, TFS, and Kayako experience is a bonus
