Job Description

 

As Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering mission-critical enterprise level initiatives. You’ll be a self-motivated team player working with executives, team leaders of various departments and vendors to update and maintain the TMX Project Portfolio list. Your service-oriented mindset will allow you to manage projects from concept to implantation while keeping the big picture in mind.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Ensure TMX ticketing systems are in sync with vendor ticketing systems.

 

Partner with internal and external teams and maintain up-to-date data on the status of tickets with vendors.

 

Generate clear and concise reports for Executives, Internal & External teams.

 

Produce reporting that caters to the requirements of the intended audience.

 

Plan and execute basic analysis and/or investigation, with supporting guidance.

Collaborate with distributed teams both Onshore and Offshore teams.

Escalate issues as required and work through resolution.

 

Create and maintain project artifacts like Project Charter, WBS, Project Plan, and Status Reports.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience either managing or supporting technology projects as an Analyst/Project Manager
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in financial, retail or sales
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions based on analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of project management methodologies including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, and run team meetings
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), both traditional and agile
  • Ability to rapidly ramp up on new subjects and synthesize relevant information
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite

Bonus Qualifications

  • TFS and SharePoint experience a big plus
